Our Most Powerful Healing Instrument
The voice creates music and even languages, gives expression to emotions and experiences. Humming practices can take our brain and nervous system to a quiet state, and we can exercise the voice with uncomplicated methods for our health and wellbeing.
Breath and voice use within sound healing is not directly connected to singing or making music. Instead, everybody can follow simple and smooth exercises to discover their healing power. During this module, we will unfold the kindness of our innate instruments, becoming a channel to heal ourselves and others. We will enjoy the following program:
