Lotus Wellness started with its community, and it has grown now but we never forget to give it back.

What is Sadhana? Sadhana is the yogic term for daily spiritual practice. It is one of the main tools for working on the self and achieving a higher state of consciousness.

What do we do at Sadhana Kundalini Yoga?
We practice strong breath work, yoga, mantra chanting, deep relaxation & deep meditation. Sadhana is open to all, regardless of previous experience of yoga. Sadhana is a personal victory, to rise before the sun, to connect to the infinite within and to clear our energetic (mental/emotional/physical/spiritual) blocks through pranayam, kriya, mantra, deep relaxation & meditation as a community. If we keep up, we are kept up. What a beautiful feeling to have support like this! Come experience early morning Sadhana for yourself.
